Jata Bat Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1 General Introduction

Jata Bat (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming service operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Jata Bat and its users ("Members" or "Players").

3 Account & Security

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Avoid logging in on public devices or public Wi-Fi networks.
• Always log out after your session ends.
• Keep Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.
• Keep your account's personal information up to date.

Jata Bat will never ask for your password via email or message. If anyone requests such information, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us immediately.

Jata Bat will not be liable for any loss resulting from an account security breach, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by our own failure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

To carry out financial transactions on Jata Bat, your account must have completed full verification (KYC). The KYC process may require you to submit a copy of your national ID card or passport.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Jata Bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Due to technical issues or security concerns.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.
• If the account has had no activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure; however, this may not apply if the account is closed due to a violation of our rules.

To reactivate an account closed due to prolonged inactivity, you will need to complete the identity verification process.

9 Responsible Gaming
